FINAL muzzy clutch install question
I PROMISE . I have my new bolts, and everything is READY TO GO. Here is my question - I pre-soaked the clutch plates for 2 days prior to my last install. The plates have been removed from their oil bath, and sitting in the bike for the past 2 weeks, waiting for the bolt that I broke (see my earlier posts). Should I re-pre-soak the plates, or are they still ok from my original pre-soak? Thanks guys - sorry to be such a pest, but this is my first clutch install, and I don't want to mess it up!!!

OK - well... one more question . I put everything back in - the plates did NOT need a new bath - they were nice and wet still. BUT, do I need to use gasket seal aroudn the clutch gasket (as per the shop manual)? I don't have any gasket sealer around here, and was wondering if I should go get some... and what kind to get?

alive- that answer is what I came up with . I feel so stupid about this sometimes, but I'm just paranoid to screw up my bike. Thanks for the answer!
