Hey I made the Detroit News this weekend. Here is a link to the article on thier website. I sent in pictures of Alli's new bedroom for consideration to go in an article on babies rooms. Out of a few hundred people who sent in pictures, our's was one that was chosen. They made one error though, Alli is 19 months old, not 10.

I don't know why that happened. I don't have to insert them myself do I? Usually I can just copy and paste a link and you can directly access it. hummm????

This is an Educational Site you know! On the Mini Cooper site, it knows what you put in and creates it's own brackets for url or img!

Can't help there, VH. I'm just the lowly moderator. They won't let me play with the "cool toys".
Chris, that room is so kick ass I'd almost think you were a fag with a band saw. When I checked out the other baby rooms, they had a cool aspect or two, but most of it was wall treatment, hand-me-downs and over priced Wendy Bellisimo bedding (what ever the fuck that is).
They talk about how one couple painted the room in a tangerine and butter color scheme because the hues are bright. BRIGHT? That room was about as bright as some old grandma's room in a retirement village. Bland and old feeling. Kinda 1940'ish. Lime green, on the other hands... well just look at the pics. Now that room is BRIGHT! It looks like the lamp on the dresser is the only light on in the room. The sunshine through the window make your room the brightest lit one of the bunch!

Thanks Sherm, I 'm not a fag with a bandsaw, LOL but just wanted her to have a cool room. Actually I don't even own a bandsaw yet, I'm sure soon but not yet. The good news is my birthday is Thursday and my wife bought me the Porter Cable 2 Nail Gun with compressor kit. A 16 guage finish nailer and an 18 guage brad nailer with it's own pancake 6 gallon, 2hp, 135psi compressor. NOW THAT'S A GREAT NEW TOOL for my shop.
