Hang in there guys. I scored a 8, but I just broke up again w/my x girl friend. I learned the hard way that depression can be like a snow ball rolling down hill. The sooner you stop it, the better. If you wait too long, it may take a trip to the hospital, chemicals, and counseling to stop it.

Kinda bogus, like most surveys. If "as usual" or "normally" applies to how I felt two weeks or a month ago, I'd score a 4 or less. If the "change" aspect is removed, I'd be more like a 12!

I got a 4, but could have been a 6 because a few questions the leap between 2 answers were just too far! I wake up several times a night and sometimes I fall back to sleep and sometimes I do not! Sometimes it takes a few miutes and sometimes it can be 10 to 20 milutes! I also sleep until my wife tells me it is time for her to go! I just could not come up with the correct answer 2 or 3 times! I did better than I thought I would!
