Mirrors! If someone really is listening...

What is up with Kawasaki only selling the stock mirrors as full units? For like a million dollars! I only need the plastic inside part that they make to break. It seems that if they are going to make the part to break the least they could do is to sell that part individually. I saw a thread or post about the zx9 and 7 mirrors working but has anyone seen any other alternatives? The DINO inboard mirrors look super cool but I am kinda wide and I can't believe that I will be able to see around me.

I bought a set of some crap plastic EMGO mirrors from a local shop for 19 bucks a piece. The mounting brackets don't fit the 12. Took off the mounting bracket and inserted the mirrors into the original mounting bracket. They look just ok and they are plastic and cheap so when the get broke again no sweat just buy some more. They are smaller too.
