Starting to look a lot like Christmas!

cuz come this December, I'll be going to my bank to fill out the loan papers and then go to my dealer to assemble and then take possession my new 2004 ZX-10R (green). Add in the deal is the rear seat cowl (comes with the bike anyway), a 4 year extended warranty (for a total of 5 years), a service manual (when available) and European turn signals front and back (also, when available).

Other "presents" are the facts that my insurance will likely go down and my monthly payments will be less than what I am currently paying on the 5 year loan of my '00 12R.

Oh, I've been such a good boy this year.

Well it would look like Christmas around here if someone sent over a high mileage ZX12 for me to ride everyday.

Good deal Sherm,,,,

Man that is great Sherman. Are you gonna let yer ol' buddy test ride that baby through the gap like you did your 12R. Just kiddin', no way I'd ever put you on the spot like that G.

Did you ever find out anything on the "Sherminator" pics???

Greg - How about dem HOGS! It was a balmy 64 degrees on the way to work this morning. I think I might have to dig out those long sleeve shirts soon.

Steve - Actually, I'm looking for someone that has a '00 insterment cluster (200 mph) that has about 15K on the odo. I will trade the same cluster with about 10K (or less). I think that "claiming" my bike has 10K is a bit of a stretch. It's actually about 47K.

BUT.... I will compare it's compression and leak down numbers to any bike out there, just as I would compare any other aspect of this bike's condition to that of a bike with less than 1/3 the mileage. Not to mention that the warranty is good till April '04 (and transferable). My 7R had almost 70K on it when I traded it in and it's still running TODAY!

Rick - Since Jonathan will likely be the first to "violate" my new scoot, it'll be "used goods" by the time May rolls around. Sure, I'll let you "mount" her.

Was finally able to place my order with KillBoy (their system kept crashing). Ordered my 2 pics and 2 of Jonathan for $24 + $5 shipping.

WOO HOO!!!!!!!!

Damn it is Christmas!!!! Thanks Sherm, just make sure that Jon treats your 10R better than he did Bart's Ruckus.

Good deal on the pics, I take it that they put them all on one cd??? Do they not sell prints anymore??? I bought some awesome pics from them earlier this year. They were pics of me and Gina riding a ZRX1200 thru the Gap back in June.

I'm guessing so. Thus the "big discount" on ordering more the one. He doesn't sells prints anymore. If you can't print them out yourself, he recommends going to Wal-Mart, Walgreen's or some place like that and have them print it out. I figure that I'll just print them out here at work, since I already got photo paper and all.

Well I guess I can either print them out here at work, or go to Wally World and let those idiots do it. Thanks for the info Sherm.

Imagestation will print stuff for ya, too. No experience, however.

Weeeelllll, don't think I'll be violating any 10R too badly on the street anymore. Now if I can talk Shermanator into taking it to the track.....(evil laugh).

Yeah, I was stirrin' up a Ruckus, wasn't I?
