to stop clutch chatter kawasaki as added a spring ans washer on the #1 friction disk and #7friction disk part # 92200a #92200b are the washers #92145a are the springs you will also need special frictiondisk #13088a

Alright fist off the one on the #1 fiber has always been there, and is this not just great let's put a band-aid, on a cut artery!! that will work, NOT! the muzzy Kit helps Alot!

muzzy clutch
muzzy uses stock frictions and steels the modified hub and bearing sleve helps also

Even with the Muzzy clutch kit, I sometimes get a small chatter. Nothing like the stock one thow.

I had that done too and eventually got a whole new clutch from Kaw.
The chatter came back so I've went with Muzzy.

Hey F,
You have to learn to bring it to about 6K and just dump the clutch. Smoke a little rubber and have fun. Too many "warm beer"?
