Important Message to DGVI Attendees, Please Read
Bart called a little while ago and I was unable to take the call so my wife talked to him. It seems that the Smackhouse will not be cabin #7, which is the original Smackhouse. We will be in cabin #9 which is the cabin we were in during the May event. While I'd much rather be in #7 for obvious reasons to those of you who have been there, #9 is cool too, and it is far too late in the game to do anything about it. I don't know what the mix-up was, but there had to be one. If Bart dropped the ball on this I will kick his ass proper like.
The sad fact of it all is that cabin #7, & #9 are in two entirely different locations. This means that all you guys who got cabins in the locale of #7 will be a couple miles from the Smackhouse. I hate that and hopefully it won't cause too many problems. The Smackhouse is usually the hub of the event with all the cookouts and partys we have. I know we will have some designated drivers lined up for those of you staying at the other location for sure. No need to get yourself in trouble, or cause injuries to you or an innocent victim. Let's be smart and STILL have an awesome time.
I'm leaving in a couple hours. Got everything packed and ran down the checklist twice. It's all systems go and time to head East. You guys that are going have a safe trip to Townsend, I'll see ya when you get there. To those of you who aren't going please stay tuned. I'm sure there will be some crazy bullshit that comes outta this event.  I'll be back online to give my take on it in a week.  PEACE!!!!

sounds cool Rick, it will all be fine, we will work out whatever situation happens, and have a blast...like I said Kelly and I are in cabin11, I am not sure where that is in relation to the rest of you....

Yeah, it'll all work out. This is just a minor obstacle. I just wanted everyone to know where we'll be. I'm gonna email you my cell # so you can get in touch with us. See you in a few days.
