Tony got arrested over some "ditch weed" that grows wild on his property.
The US Gov't used to cultivate wild "hemp" for the Navy years ago in that area of Illinois.
Apparently from a surveilence plane... the wild hemp looks like Mary Jane.
A total miscommunication amongst Barney Fifes.
