ILLUMIGLO GAUGES

I installed my Reverse Illumiglo gauges today, the installation went ok except for one small problem. When the ignition switch is cycled the gauge needles do not make the full sweep like they used to.The tach and the speedo seem to be working normally but they only sweep to the 3 o'clock position.I dont think the needle is being interfered with because the gauges move the same exact way when the switch is cycled....anyone experience a similar problem?

bump ....

How do these look on the bike? I was thinking of putting some on. Any regrets out there?

Nothing too subtle about the white face. I have a green bike, and thought it might be a bit much. Or, if you have a daytime picture that would be nice. The night view looks pretty good.
