You can get the black and gold paint (as fitted to the 2003 model), at any reputable bike sprayer.
I assume that's what you neant by the "faster"?
If you're looking for "fasteners", just go buy some Ti bolts.

Video/DVD should be available by the end of this year. They originally thought it would be sometime in Nov., but that would depend on the release date in the EU.
