GOZR, I did that to my extra rear rotor earlier this year. It works GREAT! I have before and after pics of the rotor, and side by side for comparison. Even a couple of close-ups to show how he drilled the holes. It saved .55 lbs (on the UPS scale where I ship) of rotating mass.
