Oh my God.
My insurance company said it's suspicious that I got a new bike and had the insurance transferred from my KX to my ZX and 2 weeks later my KX is stolen this is bull shit!
The reason I did it this way is because the dealer needed proof of insurance before I could drive it off the lot and I couldn't wait to ride it. And at the time I didn't have the money for a new policy after putting it all down on the new bike.
See I had 30 days of coverage on the KX before I had to start a new policy for the KX so it was covered.
What insurance fraud I don't think so. I am probley going to lose close to $2000 probley more than the mother fucker that stole it, sold it for, plus the damage to my garage that I am not going to claim.
Fuck this just pisses me off more!!!
If they don't cover I will lose almost $7000 thats all I need, I hope the fucker try's to take the ZX12. I put a motion dector that will wake me up and someone will die this time!
And I mean dead 10mm in the head!!!

Contact your state Insurance Comissioner and explain the circumstances etc. The Insurance Company is posturing and the adjuster is bonused based on what he can screw you out of.

The insurance company can say what they want to you, they are only assuming and speculating!!!...Let them do their investigation, what do you have to hide???...By Law you have insurance through their company and they HAVE to provide restitution according to the Insurance contract!!!
They can say what they want and will even prolong the investigation making you wait longer for your money to replace the bike!!!...Just relax dude, let them do what they have to...

Ultimately you will sign a piece of paper that says you are defrauding them. Various statements and terms on how they can come and get you if you defraud them etc. But in the end they will have to pay you. I went through the same deal when my truck was stolen a few years back. They even wanted me to submit to a polygraph that the sheriff's department hqad suggested I take. I told all parties to F#%k off. It took 9 weeks but I got my check.
Their tactics work about 20% of the time in either sweating out the criminals and probably more honest people that actually buy into their BS.

Do what I did when my bike was stolen. When the guy calls and offers you money for you loss, tell him to f*ck off, you've already been humiliated by your bike being stolen, now he is trying to humiliate you by offering you such a low amount. Then, hang up on him.
Repeat this 3-4 times as needed.
Then, they send you a letter with a quote that is about 1k more than you paid for the bike. This is when you go and get your check.

This is the letter I am going to give my claim rep.
Dear Bud ,
I hope you understand what I have lost, I love riding and go trail riding on the weekends with my friends when I have time. The reason I made it street legal is so I could go ride it without the police ticketing me for riding it on the street. It took a lot of time and effort to make it street legal and has ruined my summer if I ever find out who took it they will pay dearly, it really bothers me that someone broke into my garage and most likely has it in their garage. I work hard for what I got and the asshole got it for free.
I have sent you photo's of before and after I made it street legal every time I rode this bike I washed it I am sure the asshole who has it now don't give a shit. Now I have to start all over.
Sincerely
Mark

House insurance should cover the garage.
