And the Solution is .....
Been doing a lot of reading, research, and talking to racers, and mechanics about my stroker's (hot) starting problems. Both the racers and the race mechanics say this is a common problem with high performance, high compression engines. The problem is even worse when the engine is stroked. Also, these "experts" claim the problem isn't the battery or the battery cables, but that the starter motor just doesn't have enough cranking power for the higher compression engines. Anyway, I am still open to suggestions, but am wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to find a stronger starter, or if having the stocker rewound would solve the problem ?
