Stop trying to rush the process.you've seen enough pain for a while.Keep exercising your leg until you have the strength to handle the bike properly.And why start out on the 12 which is a tall bike,why not use a smaller(lighter) bike until your ready.Swallow your pride and take a step back to move ahead.
