check your alternators
Appears that the engineers at Kawasaki had to chose the lesser of two evils by allowing the oil to travel up the wiring from the alternator so as not to saturate the rare earth magnets which causes it to start breaking down. The preclusion to disintergration is hertz fluctuation and possible cause of some PC111 malfunctions. On the other hand, the rare earth when broken down makes good potting soil.Hey,sounded good for a second.

Brian to me he is saying that if the Oil in the wires are fixed, then you will have a real problem with the Rare Earth Magnets?

Don't know what the deal was or if this is even related to what your talking about, but I had to replace both the stator (PN 21003-1351) and the voltage regulator (PN 21066-1119) when the harness plug from the stator to the regulator overheated and melted from some sort of short.
This was before the recall and there was never any sign of "oil migration" in the harness. Even at the time of replacement, which was a warranty claim.

Ok...then perhaps I read that way wrong.
I thought he was saying that NOT fixing the oil traveling up the line fucked up your PC3.

strange that it didn't have any effect on the yosh ems.Wait till you hear my version of the clutch basket fiasco! No need to panic,I can fix just about anything with an adjustable metric wrench. In the garage,I keep a bucket of steam for removing those pesty bugs that stick to the fairing

...I remember when as a young naive airman from the islands I was told by my Sgt. to go the flightline and stand on the yellow line with a bucket and wait for some prop wash so that we could wash our patrol trucks...those kidders got me in deep trouble when the C130s spooled up and I nearly lost the bucket to FOD...fuckin' asswipes

ever been greased or a shellback? The hindle pipe was developed on the dyno, hence the high hp increase.Problem is the air box is not pressurized. Now on the other hand,Muzzy and Akro pipes kick ass on the street because they harmonized the air box pressure with the thermal pulse being generated by the exhaust gases. This and the thicker wall dimension to retain combustion heat at the right moment in the pipe pull a vacuum on the other cylinders, hence the slight supercharging.Hindle has tried different pipe lengths but then it always sounded like WOO-WOO.So if bragging and posing are your game more power to you.Ask yourself,do you want to be right or happy.I'm not usually right so I'm out of here.
