I politely tell telemarketers I am not interested and if they continue I VERY IMPOLITELY tell them to FUCK OFF!

I like to say " can you hold on a second", then set the phone down and wait until I hear the off the hook noise.
Or if you feel like fucking with them some more, ask them if they have anything that will take blood out of carpet.... A lot of blood.
