ZX12 Turbo dropped valve
My zx12 turbo (in BEC) dropped an exhaust valve at the last race meeting. I'm running a decompression plate, 7psi boost and Megasquirt ECU. ECU logs show AFR around 12.3 before valve dropped.
Anyone heard of this happening with the ZX12 before? I'm rebuilding the engine and am wondering where to set the cam timing. It was set at stock 104/102 and have read this is not ideal for turbo's because of the overlap, any suggestions what numbers I should go with?
