Hindle Burning
My Hindle is burning and bubbling the shit out or my right hand bottom side plastic!!!... what can be done to stop this!!!... WTF!!!

I have posted on the ZX12R Board & Labusas. Since it was not burning before you installed the muffler, you pushed the pipe down by having the muffler clamp too far back on the muffler. It sits about 25% of the distance from the front of the muffler. We know your fustrations with getting everything, but remember, the "Bike" Does not care. It is either right or wrong. remove the clamp, twist the "S" Pipe counter clockwise to achieve 1/2" clearance and the pipe just clears the swingarm when unloaded. Then twist the Muffler clockwise to be straight and the slide the Clamp toward the front of the pipe until it aligns with the mounting hole and bolt up!
