Maybe someone could help nto decipher it for me - I'm on meds-can't think straight at all but I just got paid so it'll be alright soon .....

awww, I get it, you just got paid, so the dealer has been paid in full, hence your meds are refilled.....good job....
but you do know you can buy Midol over the counter, you don't have to buy it on the street....
