Where to buy steel 51t rear sprocket for ZX12/ZX14/ZZR1400
Hello Gentlemen,
I'm trying to find steel rear sprocket for ZX12R or ZX14/ZZR1400 (my bike is actually ZX12R, but ZX14's sprocket carrier fits also to twelve's wheel so that's why also fourteen's sprockets can be used). Does any company produce bigger than 48t sprockets from steel? I know that I can get aluminium from Vortex but I'm not interested.

Don't think you'll find one. You're gonna have to go with a custom made hardened aluminum if you want a little durability over the standard ones....or just alter your front gearing enough to compensate if you haven't already done that.

I'm afraiding the same that I don't find.
I have 16t at front already. One possibility is of course buy a 51 tooth billet sprocket and machine afterwards the fixing holes.

You can get a 15T...minor clearance issues potentially around the front of the arm I have yet to bolt mine up but man....6th gear roll-ons from 3k rpms would be fun.

so, about a month ago I ordered 2 more rear wheel sprockets from sprocket specialists.
8 days later, they are at my front door.
the next day I mounted 1 on the carrier.
I did NOT have to hog out the center locating hole.
I did NOT have to open up the bolt mounting holes.
I have had to do that with other sprockets. those coming from someone who " made " 4 of them for me back in 07.
just like he made Red Wing front ends back in the eighties.
those sprockets took over 2 months for me to get. and, I had to send him a stock sprocket.
karl? you in there? again, why does sprocket specialists suck?
