Tire size - same brand of 180/55 on all runs
Pressure/wear - basically the same... 36 psi/less the 400 miles
Chain - new on all runs
Swingarm - 12R on #3 and 7R on the other two
Straps - two straps in back
Drum - from my vantage point, the tire appeared to be centered on top of the drum

The suspension settings were different due to the swingarms.

I would say that I'm not losing sleep over this and logic tells me all the REAL facts about the science and the mathematics involved... and I do.

BUT.... nevermind. Thanks for all the info.

I believe the HP curve shows your bike would have made more Horsepower on the first run, but it dropped off at peak. Not normal for a ZX12 with a pipe. Possibly tire slip or some other factor. The erratic nature of the curve is an indication of that sometimes. Correction factors can only be so accurate, what if the factor on the early run just barely went to 1.05, but the later runs were on the high side of 1.03. That would mean a slight difference in the air could cause both days to have a factor of 1.04 for example. Also I saw no mention of humidity in your conditions. Anyone who drag races with a weather station knows humidity is one of the most important factors for air quality. Any good dyno operator will have a Hygrometer reading when making correction factors. I would bet your actual power output is very close to what it was, and this is just an example of the innacuracies of a dyno, (or operator).
