Will SNORKEL from an '02 fit an '00
WILL the "SNORKEL" from an '02 "12" fit on my '00? Please help me on this on. I dislike the way my 2000 model's air snorkel looks and I want to do something about it. Very PROUD of my "12" and I want to be even PROUDER of it. If it wont fit, then is there something that I can do about it, or can I purchase something else that looks better or badder (more aggressive)?? HELP! HELP!!
THANKS in advance to all the GREAT "12" owners.

I'd say if you didn't care about performance, you could always take a hacksaw and trim the stock snorkel to any shape you do like.

Would the hacksaw trick really "hack" away performance too?

Yes. The ram air system is fed from the highest aero pressure point on the bike. Cutting it back without drastically altering it's profile would prolly put it in turbulent or 'dirty' air.

And that's what I'd call an expensive nose job

I didn't think my 02 was that much different in ram air efficiency and it has a nose job in comparison.
