Got a wild hair today And bought one of these:
Got the black one, 345 horse, satellite radio, actually the SS has every option available. Lowered, 20" wheels, white faced guages. Pretty cool.
And also got the wife a Cadillac Escalade. She's happy.

Nice Truck Ted!!!...I almost bought it but needed to keep the 12 hidden when transporting!!!
Bought the Chevy Express 3500 15 passenger Van instead...The van has a 6.0 300hp, 360lbs. Torque, black paint, black bumpers, grill and rims, tinted windows with pewter cloth interior...I put the 12 in it, 4 people, the ramp, tools, cooler, lugage...
Good Luck with it Ted!!!...Ohh by the way I get 10mpg with the van, you should get 11 or 12mpg!!!

WH...The only other engine option for the express is the CNG...There is not too many places to buy CNG and I bet the cost would be more than regular gas, as is Diesel fuel...
As for the secretsquirrel van, there are only 2 types of people that stare at the van as I drive by or sitting at a light I get alot of compliments at the DragStrip though...

Thanks guys, well after spending my first day with it, I am really liking the look, almost no badging except for the SS' on the doors and tailgate. No Chevrolet, just a bowtie on the grill. It handles really well for a truck, better than most cars. The funny part is I don't have that "I just got a new truck feel" because my old truck was very similar, it had all the leather and was basically the same truck. But this one defenetly feels sportier, and isn't invisable like the white one. Oh yeah the old SS got 11 MPG highway and city, this gets 11 city and 17 highway. Which was pretty much the same rating as my old one.

Yes, I still have the Vette, although it is not a Z06. I like the removable roof of the coupe and the Z06 doesn't have that. I leave it off pretty much all summer. Don't forget the SUV is a Caddy...it is very sweet.
