Anyone know of a DR650 site out there?
Well... I bailed on the BMW as it was whipped, and I picked up a mint 97 DR650... it's cleaner than my ZX12R.. .not a mark on the thing...
now I want to get some parts fer it but I cant find any good sites out there... saw thumpertalk.com but not much there...
I need a good skidplate and I was hoping to get a nice big aftermarket tank, but acerbis only lists a 4 gallon tank.. I am sure that I've seen DR650's sporting tanks WAY bigger than that.. I know the DR "dakar" model came with a 7-8 gallon tank....
anyone know where I can find one of these? Or perhaps is there a cross reference from a diff model er something?

Fine... we ARE the DR650 site now!
we are also DR650.com as well now!
why hasnt anyone else done this yet??? this bike has been around fer ages!
anyways.. .the forum is in the main index but I havent set up the grafix yet....
I'll be busy picking up the DR650 tomorrow!

I have had two Suzuki Dakars and those giant steel tanks are HEAVY 
They are great bikes for us height impared individuals
Just start googlin "thumper"
