Texas Mile

Gearing and cam setting. Working on setting the bike up for the 200. 1270 engine. Thinking gearing of 18 and 42 or 44???? What say?? also setting cams at 106 and 105, they are stock. My idea is to get a 200 certificate for my 60th birthday and will need all the help I can beg or borrow.

Lank,
It certainly is possible to get 200mph with a 1270 Zx12 at the Texas Mile, but it won't be a walk in the park.

I had my ZX12 at nearly all the TM events from Oct 2003 thru Mar 2010.

After that i built a couple Busas; they ran pretty well .

If there is anything I can do to help you drop me an email: karl@teamfatass.com

where are you located? I'm in houston.
