First day walking the picket line and it was in the teens with a stiff breeze.After working there 44 years, they want to give me 800 bucks a month and thats in another 20 years.Won't be worth shit.The management is playing big balls with the news papers about how they offered us a 44% pay increase,lol. Any how I have alot of respect for the cops out there on traffic control because Idon't know how they can stand that long every day.My feet and back are shot!It just sucks that we have to do it every contract.We know there are alot of people laid off right now,but we know our work has over budgeted their retirement fund by 100 million dollars and we wish to be secure in our retirement.I work at Yale Univ and they have always stuck their nose up at us.
