Wheel quick change kits

How do these work, and who makes 'em? Google is letting me down on this one. No-one seems to talk about them.

I'm talking the system you see used in pro racing. Sprocket and brakes stay in place, wheel pops right out and back in. Takes seconds.

Are they really that simple? How many times have I been in the paddocks at Laguna Seca and never thought to look?!?
Unfortunately all the reading I've done suggests they are REALLY expensive.

Thats my take on it....3500-5500 range. It would be a great project if you had the time, money, and knowledge.
