OT again. Latest project complete.
While I am still in the middle of building a huge Harvest Table for my parents I did this to our wall as a suprise for my wife when she down in Cincinnati last week with her father passing away and all. Looks pretty good I thought.

Why didn't the IMG thing work with Yahoo to put these pics up? Printroom no longer works either. Oh well, copy and paste on the browser if you'd like to see them.

Anyway, hopefully you can see it, I can now, a thumb in the forst and a huge one on the second. Looks good though, especially next to the stair rail and ballusters that I built.

Just as well Otis. I just feel more and more inadequate with every project you complete. I did make a nifty wedge shaped door stop on my table saw once. LOL. Actually, I enjoy seeing the projects and especially enjoy the sense of accomplishment that wood working obviously provides you. I need more hobbies like that.

LOL, don't feel inadequate 12R, anyone can do it, it just takes a lot of patience, time and money to buy all the great tools. I also made a nifty v shaped wedge on my table saw last week, only it was in my finger. Yep, had a nasty kickback while cutting a 1/4" wide by 1/2" deep rabbit in a piece with my dado blade. The board kicked back right out of my hands and my left index finger went right into the blade. Ground it up like hambuger. I was off the the E. R. in a flash blood pumping. I need to be a bit more careful.
