Hey HDL. Just a thought....
First of all, if the shit goes down and I don't get a chance to say it, God be with you, Bro. Secondly, if we sent you the ZX-12 banner, do you think you could get a picture of it on the flag pole in front of one of Saddam's palaces? What a victory that would be for all of us. Maybe the news services would get a pic of you raising it and it would go down in history as famous as the Marines at Iwo Jima. Hey, it could happen. LOL

lmao...will give it a shot....Fish told me that the Banner was on the way, I will get some pics of it here with some of the equipment IE tanks and hummers, and the such. Will get some of the guys out here to take part....then I am going to try to get it to Beans....so he can do the same.....but if I fly it over bagdad, you may not get it for DG5, so if I cant get it too Beans, i am going to have to send it out, or it will go across the border with me, and who knows how long it will take to get it back to you all....and I am sure ya dont want it full of bullet holes....lmao
and I thank you, as I do everyone for keeping me and my fellow soldiers in your prayers.......

I must have missed the post about the banner being sent to you. And here I thought I was having an original thought (shoulda known better). LOL. If I was still on the Enterprise I would have flown the banner from the yardarm for a pic.

lmfao....well I will just shoot it full of holes then and send it back to you guy with a really great story about a huge attack and tanks and arty everywhere...and I took out 3000 Iraqis, with my M16, and one magazine.....lol

I havn't made it to ANY of the DG runs...YET 
In case you didn't know...I don't even own a bike (that runs) right now 
The ZX12 I did most of my learning/racing on is owned by a VERY close friend (know him for over 30 years)...
I do ALL the work (labor) on his bike fer free...and he in return pays for EVERYTHING when I race it
I hope to make it to one of the GD runs soon...I just got a NICE raise at work. It will take me a while to catch up on overdue bills but...I intend to buy a ZRX AS SOON as I can afford it...
Then I will have my own bike to ride up there
I DID ride to Daytona with Harry one year on John's bike...was fun for sure but...my back CAN'T take long rides (more than 50-miles) without being VERY painful...
CAN'T wait to get a "sit-up bike" so I can ride comfortably...
Would LOVE to have a ZX12R also though!!! Actually...I just want a MOTOR so I can build a RACE BIKE...

lmao... I hear ya, if Kelly isnt around when we do this, if I am around, I might be able to swing a ride....ifn ya dont mind a 01 6R. Got to find out if I am gonna be home, or if she is too, they are talking about sending her to Packistan, we shall see....everythign is up in the air now
