IMHO I think we should all be able to own, but I'm not sure how I feel about packin' heat on the street. I think that's where most idiots are likely to pull it out and use it for something stupid. That's just my one cent (not two cents, I rarely say something worth that much)

...hey TGPWR...GOOD FOR YOU that you can beat the shit out of a person with your bare hands...I could probably do the same thing with my ACTION-KUNG-FU-GRIP if we're CQB...but what do you do when you see some armed asshole with a gun coming towards you?...go into a boxing stance?...run and hide is the best and safest option in that scenerio...but what if there's nowhere to run and hide?...granted, sometimes the asshole will get the drop on you and there's almost nothing you can do about that to survive when the asshole starts shooting...BUT...what if the asshole's a lousy shot, what if you can get to your weapon...what if you can engage and terminate the dangerous threat...you get to live and talk about it (and buy more guns if you like)
...the issue of a person's stability can be debated ad nauseum whether there's a gun involved or not...guns in and of itselves don't kill people...PEOPLE KILL PEOPLE...even with their BARE HANDS!...stay safe and be aware of your surroundings without being paranoid...its easy and smart...like you said, believe what you want...

That's exactly how I feel.
Hopefully it will never happen , but I WILL SHOOT an unarmed person that poses an immenant danger to my family's life,or my life.You will react under stress to the training and mental attitude you have developed.I am not a bad ass nor do I want to be and I will avoid confrontation if possible.It's best to not fuck with the unknown.It can hurt you.

TGPWR, Wise up, pal. Firearms had nothing to do with success enjoyed by terrorists on 9/11. But firearms could well have prevented 9/11. There might be a better argument for having concealed carry rights, but I can't think of it. Oh, and by the way, I have never owned a pistol. But I'd never deny the right to another law abiding citizen. You do know that Hitler made confiscation of firearms from German citizens one of his first priorities, don't you?

Hi guys.......I live in Canada and I love guns as well......I have a (licensed and fuckin registered to death) Remington 1100, with left side ejector. I used to shoot skeet for the York Skeet Club. As far as hunting goes, any duck I ever shot at is still flying, either I was too drunk or stoned to hit it.....Relax I'm just kidding, it was the waiting in the cold blind that got to me. I'd start crying and my make-up would run!
