'02 ZX12R electrical problem

I need serious help! The problem I'm having is when I turn the key on there's no power. Sometimes I can hear the ECU relay (next to the junction box/ fuse box) clicking. I have to leave the bike on the charger when I do this cause the bike will go from fully charge to 3-4 volts soon as I turn the key. The gauges won't light up but the oil light sometimes blink. When I turn off the key the gauges(tach and speedo) resets. I've changed the ECU, Junction box/ Fuse box, Battery plus tray and its components, and I also swapped relays around.

I started unplugging things and I am still having the same problem. I was trying to find where my draw was coming from.

What I did find was the stator/ rectifier connector was melted together. The connector from the rectifier that leads back to the harness to the battery is fine. Would the stator connector being melted to the rectifier cause my voltage to drop when I turn the key or is it something else?

That was a common problem, replace the connector. Then recheck.

So the melted connector would cause the voltage drop soon as I turn the key?

The stator and rectifier connector was the issue. I cut it out and permanently connected them.
