that's right fishy! My property value just went up prolly 20 thou.
It was cool at first, I'd have all my friends come down n party then we'd walk across the street and we're there. Even though the fight's n drunken girls stumbling around were entertaining.... the assholes yelling at 2-3am got a lil old fast but I knew the club was there when I bought it, plus the missus n I were still childless and I was still playing the clubs then too.
It will be sadly missed....

I went on Friday night with my GF and some friends. It was fuggin PACKED!!!! About 10 years ago we all nearly lived there. It hasn't been all that popular the last couple of years though. Sux. Seems all the clubs are getting shut down down there as more and more people move in.

Actually what they're doing is moving all the clubs onto granville st. where they belong. It was getting too residential and owners were complaining about the noise but like I stated before the clubs were there first. Now it's just few extra blocks to the Roxy.
