They want to make it mandatory to be an organ donor in New Mexico if you ride without a helmet?? WTF!!!

No problem as long as the law allows the sam thing for people driving a car without a helmet to be Organ Donors also! 60% of all deaths in cars are head injuries, SAME SAME! I signed and sent a letter, great post!

This anti biker crap happens all the time and I see it in the newsletters and email I get from the AMA but this has to be the most personal invasion so far.

If they require me to wear a helmet then every single person in a convertable car better have one on!!!
and I am an organ doner and I think everyone should be! but you should not be forced to be one!! it is a choice!

A girl at my job read this and stated "The relatives & Friends of people needing Organs will then hit people and remove their Helmets or just hit anyone not wearing a Helmet!

That's not totally out of the realm of reality. If you accidently swerve and kill a motorcyclist it's only a $100 fine.
So, all the family has to do is prove that it wasn't intentional.

Reality check here, folks. Assuming the organs are compatible (considering blood type etc.) there is a long waiting list. And usually families don't know where they are on the list.
So, it's not like you can run over someone then tell the ambulance driver which hospital to drop off the organ/s or even who they will go to.

Oh yeah? What if a medical company has access to the database kept by the DMV, where they can cross reference (a) blood type, (b) motorcycle endorsements (c) organ donor status??? Hmm? Then all they would have to do is go out and do a little 'reaping'!!

Heard once that the survival rate of organ donors was only 40-50% percent
of non-donors.

Harry, you've donated your organ over the years to so many men bath houses, that you replaced UNICEF and United Way as the most charitable organization...lol 
Im an organ donor. I took my old one down to the Women's Church on Main St. Newspaper headline read, "Atlantic Beach man donates organ to needful Womans Organization" hehe. Photo of me standing between two Hooters girls..lol.
