drive chain

hi all ,my b2 has almost 27,000 miles on the original drive chain mainly due to a scottoiler, but intend to change it at 30,000 for safety sake, has anyone tried running a rivoted chain? or is it safer to use an endless one?

I have used clip links and riveted type. For street use, I suggest a pressed rivet.

A pressed rivet is 110% safe....as safe as the "endless" oem. Properly riveted, it is an "endless" chain.
