repair update
Well the bike is not broken to bad. It turned out to be the plugs like Roger said. He nailed it. He has new plugs in and the air inj pulled off now and it runs good. Now time to start the tuning (valves, TB sync, TPS adjustment, ect)....
Picking up parts today to bring to Rog this Sat...
Muzzys billit basket,
Muzzys modified clutch hub
Muzzys ingnition advancer
Factory Pro EVO shift kit with star
Only painting I have left to do is the engine covers.....satin black
WOOHOO...wont be long now....pics to come...finally excited about bike again...

Woke up early this morning...Here are some pics of some parts ready for install....Bike is kinda ugly now being naked and all...
Engine covers....VHT engine enamel...color, GM satin black
GREGGS billit LED signal housings painted to match...
Painted covers then found deal on new carbon...Cant decide, both beautiful!

The shift kit is in. Billit basket , "Roger modified" clutch hub and bearing with release pin are done and ready for install with new Muzzys springs.. Gotta get some super glue and crap to do the stator. Still running valves currently. Once that is done it will go back together fast....Roger will tune it quick, then I can finally put the bodywork back on.

those painted covers look great. i also really like the gregs flush mounts painted to match. what type of paint did you use?

Thanks.....Yea the black stuck out like a terd in a punchbowl against the red....I used PPG Deltron DBC....Kawasaki Candy Persimmon red...Base coat/clear coat......Paint is all I do.....I work for PPG as a tech rep.....Paint bikes on the side....
We..PPG, have most of the Kawi colors so if you all need any hit me up. I will give you the formula# that you can have mixed at any PPG jobber store. Send me your zip and I will locate the store closest to you...
