ZZR-1200

I'm starting to take an interest in this bike. I know it's a heavy beast but I think its my kind of sport tourer. The dealers here seem to be ready to give a good price on them.
Just wondering if its common for a dealer to give you a break on the price of the Givi bags that are optional?

Any one own one? How does it handle? From what I've read, it has lots of mid range power.

have never ridden one Bill, but I chased one up Deals one day, and let me tell you he was running 2 up and was hauling ass....course the lady he had on the back prolly weighed a buck 5 soaking wet. I have heard that the suspension needs some work, but it makes some great hp....some one on the board has one, I wanna say Rac, but am not sure......I looked at buying one for my g/f...it would giver her a little more power than what she has now, and give us a bike to 2 up on.......but I want the 04 ZX10R, or an 03 6RR...heheheh

SWFT has one. My buddy Donald has one too. He let me ride it a few weeks ago. Super smooth and a blast to ride. I would have one for a "second" bike. Matter of fact, it is pretty darn fast all the way around. I liked it!!
There is a forum on 'em. Just can't remember what the address is. Small section at Easy's site too I think. Be a good way to get a few extra opinions before you buy one.

I think it's the third year, with the bike being over in Europe two years already. Not sure tho...Yah, second year for the states. Designed for autobahns, autostradas...You get the idea.

If anyone of y'all are familiar with the San Jose area, I rode from I5 up to Lick Observatory, and then down to San Jose. Great road, cept for the big chunk of it going up that was covered with fresh gravel! But the trip down was nice. Lotsa twisties.
