Removing the muffler

Just wondering what damage is cause by removing the slip-on portion of a full exhaust long-term

i would guess the bike not run as good as having one considering back compression, i'm not sure bout that though, i cant see any damage to the motor, the shorty vood doos n the other short pipes i've seen run without a baffle, i would guess its got to be close to the same thing,

ps, u actually ride without the muffler? It may sound mean at the track but i would think u might be running slower ets, i took the packing out the muzzy n it sounds loud but i cant really stand the sound of it now so i'm packing it back up, lol
