wiring problem
hi
i was wondering if anyone can help
the datatool alarm on my ZX12 is U/S and i have taken it off,
on disconecting the wires i rewired the ignition starter one ok cut the indicator wires, but still had one wire left on which went back up to the ECU it is a white and red wire when i cut this wire i can no longer start the engine, on the instalation sheet on datatool i have wire colours and i have as it says white red wire= (engine) as all alarm wires are black,
now has anyone any idea where this wire has to go to as i cant find any other wires anywhere near and this wire was cut back up near the back of bike by seat cowling i ahve loom open at moment so can take picture if anyone wants to see this wire
please is there anyone who can help me

Hi its 2000 A1
ill take pic later have talked to mechanic and he said its main engine ignition wire so it turns over but dosnt fire, he said what thney have done is cut the wires with big gap in them i had to put a wire in kill switch as they had cut big piece out of it so i have to trace this wire there must be another wire somewhere on its own that i need to conect up to ill have to undo loom further to find it, he said it will be there somewhere ill just have to put new wire in to connect them up again ill look tomorrow and if any problems ill take a picture and post it on here
