I have the one out of my 02, but I wouldn`t recommend putting ANY trans. in one of these bikes without it being inspected first by a qualified tran.s builder.....Like mine, it`s 8 years old and was raced on.. Unless you can get one out of a wrecked new bike or low mileage bike then it might be ok to just put it in your bike. What happened to your`s? The one I bought to put in my bike, I was told it was out of a low miles streetbike....It costed me $1600 to get it fixed for me to race with. New gears, ect.ect.ec.t. Just giving ya a little heads up on them ok...Like I said I have my 02 trans.

Its popping out of second under a load the inside of 2nd gear is pretty chewed up has big grooves in it and 4th gear has a groove in it to

put new forks in it and didnt help so i took motor out the other night and took it apart to find 2 and 4 gear are chewed up

Sergent, would it be cheaper to repalce the 2nd and 4th gears?

they are 150 a piece i found another tranny with 5 or 6 thousand miles on it

It`s not the mileage ya gotta worry bout.Mine had 5000 and was slipping out of 2ng gear big time, but it`s how hard were those miles.
