SWFT QUESTIONS
I am going to do the swing arm, can you tell me exactly what swing arm I should order... I understand there is a 7 and a 7r.
Also if the stock shock is acceptable, I just a got a penske and want to make sure it doesn't need to changed.
Thanks,
Bart

GOZR - I think you are talking out your but with regard to the strength of the two swingarms. Just because the 7R swingarm is bigger, doesn't make it stronger. The 12R swingarm was designed with a ton of internal bracing.

And Kawasaki says this about the rear on the 2002, hopefully it's better....
"Kawasaki's patented UNI-TRAK¨ rear suspension uses a linkage system to progressively increase the damping and spring rate as the suspension is compressed. For better handling, the extruded-aluminum swingarm pivot was lowered, and the swingarm itself now uses an extruded-aluminum cross brace that was moved 2.5mm forward. The single shock is 5mm shorter than the previous version and has a softer spring. It also features a new stepless damping adjuster, which incorporates a check valve for improved damping performance."

Don't see why a 2000 arm wouldn't work, the design is the same.
