here is Scotts response!
Dear Customer,
I am sorry but we do not make a damper kit for the 02 ZX 12r. They changed the gas tank mount and triple clamp from the 01 and our kit will not mount on it. We are looking into making a mount for the 02 but it is difficult and do not have any completion date.
What i want is a pants for my Teknic jacket and a full joe rocket suit...more and more tracks are going to one piece suits ....so hopefully i can do this.....

thanks Voz...i will have to have the g/f give the local guy a call and find out what the hell he is playing.....what about the Ohlins? same dampner..same problem??? dam I wanted a rotory style dampner....

dont knwo about ohlins?... but would think so... scotts uses ohlins internals but you knew that already!

I think i will hold out till spring on Damper, Maybe scotts will make one by then if not will go with another...not going the summer w/o one!!!
Hyper-pro maybe.....just want to be different!!..

I hear ya....Scotts is what I will wait for, just hope I dont have to wait long...I hate being over here, I cant call and do the checking on things myself...I have to use the net, and the g/f.......

in Kuwait right now Voz...will be here till March....gonna miss Daytona, but will be back for Myrtle Beach, and for the next DG run to the hills...its not like I dont ride deals every few weeks anyway....just thought it would be fun with a group of guys that I know....well kinda know..for now

Hey Voz, i was reading the website for the Hyperpro....that looks to be a prett nice dampner, I wonder if anyone is using it yet??? I would be curious as to how well it works....
