Well I only want to make around 250 rwhp. So the 1361 kit will do that for me with a 50shot. I want a streetable compression ratio. I have heard the way to go is the 1361 with1270 pistons. If I could do this with 13.5 compression that would be the way to go correct?

Well Swft I am a turbo freek and have New supra turbos, rx-7's, etc. The problem is that my motor failed at 4k miles.. Kawi will not cover it under warranty. It spun a rod bearing and a main or something like that. Therefore I have to get a crank and rods, etc. Is there anything special I have to do in order to get the 1361 kit and 1270 pistons to run 13.5 to 1. What kind of nitrous system do I need to run? I want it to be undetectable.
Thanks

You know a called to Muzzys would be pretty informative. They have been pretty damn forthcoming on information. Good place to start. For the record the stroker crank is a long lead item unless by some miracle Muzzy has one in stock.

thanks Z. I had heard that Muzzys is very hard to deal with over the phone. I called them once on a clutch and I pretty much dealed with a smartass. I never called them again. I just had a dealer friend do it for me from then on.

We are located in Port Orchard, Washington. That's on the Kitsap Peninsula, west across the Puget Sound from Seattle, and east across the Hood Canal from the Olympic Peninsula. The major city on the Peninsula is Bremerton, Washington, which is where the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard is located.

If you study the map close you will realize that they don't do any of those drills in the schools about in case of a Nuclear attack yada yada stuff in our neck of the woods. We are within 30 miles as the crow flys of McChord Airforce Base, Ft. Lewis Army Base, The Puget Sound Naval Ship Yard, Bangor Trident Sub Base, Keyport Torpedo Station, Boeing Field and three assembly plants, not to mention SeaTac International Airport. Can you say vaporization!!
That all said we have some pretty damn good riding from the end of our driveways on!

Supra-guy,
you are making a huge mistake writing off calling Muzzy's based on one bad experience. They are VERY informative, friendly, and do not hustle you off the call. Both Curt and Dave (the service/order guyz) have helped me many times.

supra,
I asked the same thing of Muzzy when I tried to buy a crate from them. I believe they said $1000 for labor + the cost of the kit. So you're already looking at 8 grand w/o shipping. The catch is, they won't sell you a motor unless it's off road use only & they want pics of your "drag bike" to prove it.
