2003 Part Diagrams? Does anyone know when Kawasaki will have the parts diagrams available for the 2003 models? Since there for sale now according to the website, yet the diagrams dont list any 2003 ZX-12's so I can see part numbers.
Is it a wait till next year thing or will it happen sooner?

Try a decal or sign shop for the stickers.
I wouldnt powdercoat the swingarm unless you plan on retapping the holes and want to pull the bearings on the swing arm.
Better to paint it my friend!! Easier touch up and less prep involved!

Really....painting is better....your the first one who has mentioned that to me....all I've heard is that powdercoating was way better to go.
Cause I wanted to get an 03 swingarm since there stock black from factory, then sell my 02 one. Black swingarm on my blue 12 would look hella good.

Ordinarily, powdercoating a part would be ok, but there is alot of prep before and after the item is p/c'd.
Alot of shops "say" they will cover up taps, or not shoot powder in small clearance areas. Plus if the powder chips, which Ive seen it do", you will have to recoat the whole swingarm again.

Don't powdercoat unless you are going to replace all the bearings, etc. If you are at that point, then powdercoating will give you your most durable coating. That's why it was invented! Since I had the bike completely apart for the rebuild, it was a good time to go through and replace all the bearings, and get the powdercoating done. On the other hand, I've got the ZX7R swingarm, with a fairly new set of bearings in it, and I don't want to have to replace them, so I'm just gonna get a coat of imron shot on it.

Out of curiosity....in regards to the 03 black swingarms from the factory....what do they do to make them black in color?
