I just want a little oil, not the whole well

Yikes..........Spectro full synthetic $14+/qt. I'm not only changin' oil, I'm changin' brands. I want a full synthetic, 10W40 for under $10/qt.

???????

Thanks,
Rick

Thanks guys. I've seen the oil threads here but never paid much attention because I was set on Spectro. Don't have any bike shops around me but there is a Walmart close.

wouldn't that moblie 1 be car oil tho?

and a stupid question.. why the hell is synthetic twice as much when it's man-made? it should be half that of dino oil.

I used to run the red top 15 50wt mobil one in my VFR but always thought the 12r might have clutch issues. Have you "car oil" guys had any problems? BTW, 2002 12r.

So how often do you change the synthetic compared to the normal? I just had my clutch replaced so I'm thinking of going with the Mobil Racing 4T!!! At that price I can't pass that up!
