"WHAT" TYPE!!!!! of "OIL" Are you using! The "ONLY" Clutch slip I know about is caused by using "Car" Oil!! Usually Mobil 1 !! If that is the case, then remove your clutch pack, soak the "Steel" Plates in Brake Cleaner, "Clean" the friction plates with Brake cleaner and then using 320 to 400 wet and dry sand paper, "LIGHTLY" Sand both sides of your Steel discs and clean them again! Then soak everything 1 day in "MOTORCYCLE" OIL and re-assemble everything! Use cheap Honda or Kawasaki regular oil or use Motul (Yes with the grape sead Oil either ETech 100 or 300V) ! I really what to know what oil you were using! Send pvt message if necessary, but if my suspicions are correct, you may help a few other people before they need it!

The "Current" oil is not the problem! The dealer could have used car oil originally? The clutch may not have liked the passes, the clutch may be out of adjustment! Still, take it apart and do what needs to be done! Make some measurements and see if you are out of clutch! Do you have the Muzzy Clutch?? I think these adjustments were made on an "02", but I do not know! (The oiling holes)
