One of my friends had a Ninja 250 stolen from her last year - the cockknocker stole the bike from Jersey City. Cops never did catch him - sux too cause MY girlfriend was gonna buy that bike from her and learn to ride! Bike theives DIE.

Travis will find out more this evening, apperently the guy wrecked her bike and that's how they caught him.I hope it's not too damaged. The bike is in NC.
Otis- I didn't go to maxton, The dr. put me on different pain med. and I was allergic to it.I did not feel strong enough so I didn't go.I really wanted to go though.

Otis - I do feel better.
I have to drive to N. Carolina and pick up her bike.The cop said it looks like about $1000 damage.I have to pay the towing and storage fees.I plan on leaving tomorrow.
They thought it was a yamaha so I hate to see the condition of it.He is being charged with possesion of stolen property and the officer said they are going to try and get more info from him.I'd like to have a few minutes with him myself,but that's not going to happen.Did I mention I can't stand bike thieves! 
I hope it's worth fixing as Travis misses her bike.

Her Bike is as fucked up as a runover dog
That's run over by an 18 wheeler. It's totalled for sure. Tha top triple clamp is busted,the forks are bent,all the plastic is gone,tanks dented and scratched,no headlight, instrument cluster is shattered with most of it missing,battery missing, seat missing,coolant tank loose and hanging radiator dented.That's the short list. The tail light is in good shape though! Best of all the asswipe that stole it now resides in the crossbar hotel. I hope he gets gang raped by a bunch of gay bikers.
Travis will probably cry when she gets home and gets a look at it.

I had my dirt bike stolen by two kids a few years back. the kids crashed trying to evade the cops. One of them got caught up in the rear wheel and swing arm. Crippled the kid. The other kid was caught trying to hide in the woods. The judge ruled they had to pay for the damages. The crippled kid paid me in full (his half and the other jerks half) wrote me a letter of apology, and has sent me Christmas cards with an apology in it for years. The other jerk never paid me and now resides in the State Pen.
Frankly all these years later I would rather have seen the kid not get hurt. It was just a dirt bike and it was insured. But as it is often said, you get what you earn.
