New canadian source for rotors

A few months ago, we have been able to see in some motorcycle magazines, some infos about a canadian company (located in BC I think) that was making front rotors. I think they were making new blades to fit on OEM carriers. Any idea what the website address is? Thanks a lot!

Freek, the company I'm talking about have a website for sure as I visited it a few months ago. I do remember the website to be far from being user friendly though. I made a search using apex and rotors as key words but no valuable results... Thanks anyway.

zx23, you mean that they have in stock the rotors (or blades) of the new company I'm talking about? Or they have in stock rotors from another suppliers like EBC, Glafer, Braking, etc...? I'm not looking to buy right now; I just want to give a look again at the website of this new company because I'm curious. I'll keep them in my favorites when rotor time will be close. Thanks!

Anyone know where the best pricing is on EBC "Pro-lites" or similar racing/street rotors? Need more brakes w/this bike & heavyweight rider. Stockers are not making it...

Claude, they have the new company stuff in inventory. Did anyway about 3 weeks ago.

Looked good. As for brake pads, I have mentioned this a few times, yet either no one is listening or no one is trying them, The new Dunlop DP HH+ pads are the shit. The new technology of the past few years works like this. The brake pad material transfers on and into the rotors and therefore when you able the brakes, the metal that is wearing off if the brake pad material itself. After 9000 kms of hard use, I shite you not when I say there is NO precievialbe wear. And I mean no wear on the rotors, and over 70% pad left after the 9k. I just put a set in the Zx-11c and man, what a difference. This is with stock rotors that have a few - 45000 - kms on them.

I shite you not, I have tried them all, Ferodo EBC, Stock, SBS. The DP's are sweet pads, with literally immediate break in. They are a little more expensive, but they save on rotors but eat up front tires :-)

Feel great, good feedback not grabby, fade not apparent. They have a ceramic backing that stops alot of heat from going into the capliers. These pads are top notch. This is a one finger 240 kms stoppie stuff :-)

i gots the ebc prolites now. i saw them for sale at a little racer shop in van here for CDN$495+tax a pair including pads. thought that was pretty good. but dont really know. i wish i could remember which pads i have. fish would know. either EBC or DP i think. i like em pretty good but i have felt some fade a couple times. when i come down from 240 in one continuous squeeze it feels like they dont have the grab they do otherwise. but that may be the fluid's fault more so than the pads r rotors fer all i know.

hey frank, ya got any thoguhts on rotors too? those apex things good?
