I INSTALLED MY MUZZY BLOCK-OFF PLATES PER INSTRUCTIONS AFTER INSTALL. I NOTICE THE BIKE IDLES TO HIGH. WENT TO MAKE ADJUSTMENT AND THE IDLE ADJUSTER IS BACKED ALL THE WAY OFF (NO MORE ADJUSTMENT) WHAT CAN I DO TO GET IT TO ADJUSTED BACK TO NORMAL IDLE? DO I NEED TO ADJUST THE THROTTLE CABLES, IF SO HOW? NEED HELP ASAP!! THE WEATHER HERE IS IN THE HIGH 70'S AND LOW 80'S. IT IS BEAUTIFUL OUTSIDE.
THANKS

Sounds lika a vacuum leak. Check the hose you disconnected that goes to the throttle bodies and make sure it is plugged. Changing the block off plates alone should not change idle.

Carlos,
The large air valve that "Y"s to the stock KACS plates has a small rubber vacuum hose connected to it. You need to plug this, otherwise you create a vacuuum leak. The block offs themselves have no bearing on idle speed or mixture.
