First Ride this seasson!!
Took my 12 out for the first time this seasson!
One meter of snow on the sides of the road, but dry in enough on the tarmac!!
New map on the PC3!
Incredible Power!!
FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here You could ride during the day hours, but there is still ice on many places so couple of weeks still... Enjoy!

I'm in Finland 60 km north from Helsinki... And lots of sand on the roads too so I'll wait untill the spring really hits us!

I used your pictures and explanation to change fork oil last year!
We have identical bikes! Color and all!
Nice!
But you havent tuned it? I see u have original exhaust.
But u can still reach good speed i see, HAHAHA!

Yes, I haven't done much performance mods to the bike, but done some tweaking making the bike smoother. And don't want to chenge the exhaust with louder(illeagel) because I think it will lessen my chaces of getting away from tickets...  And I truly believe it's the man - not the machine!
By the way today it's been really nice sunshine, but during night it will be below -10C!!!

Ive been out from 1400-1700 oclock today. Nice!!
The Finlandpolice is real up-to-date on upgrades on bikes?
20hp.. you can really feel it..
Bought a really cheap exaust used on Ebay from USA for 400 dollars.
Saved 2000 dollars!
Also used Pc3 from USA. Saved about 300 dollars!
Ps of course its the man -but i truely suck - so i tune it to the max...

Yesterday came 15 cm of fresh snow so no riding in couple of days...  And my motors top is also open because I started doing valve check on Sunday, but found out that I didn't have the needed shims - dou! First time in maybe 6-7 years as I have to buy new shims because I have quite good reserve as the shims have been same since 1990 and my dads first ZZR1100 (ZX11). But now didn't have what I needed. Have to also change the oils in motor and front fork plus brake fluids... And same thing to my dads ZZR1200...
And the Z1300 is my fathers second bike but I do ride it frequently - very nice bike in deed and that sound of I6 is very nice!

Snow is really vanishing at speed now, but unfortunately it's raining... They've promised sun and warm (+12C) for the weekend so I hope the season starts this week! My bike is ready with fresh oils in engine and front fork + new oilfilter + cleaned BMC:s. Did also valve clearances and TB sync plus grease to the rear suspension linkage. Now I'm just waiting for a new tire (allready ordered) but I can start with the old one. But the riding season is close!

Now the season must have started for real in Finland too?
I see u have done some work on fork this winter too. I guess the fork is a problem on these bikes cause now i have a leakage on one leg again!!
Hope this isnt something i have to work on every year!!
Ps no snow left here -dry clean roads!
This saturday i was on a track at an airport here, practising brakeing in turns and stuff!
Fun and good for skillbuilding!

Yes it's been summer for couple weeks now! Bike run great, but haven't had much time because a new doughter!
PS If Your fork is leaking look carefully that the tube dosen't has any small holes in it. If they're very small You can "clean" it with 1500 or 2000 grit sandpaper.
