My Bird dog
Came around a corner about twice legal speed, when my radar dector started barking. Since I was on a remote country road, I slamed on the binders. Around the the next corner, I came face to face with a county mounty. He started slowing down, and was stopped when I went by him. I don't know if he cut me a break, or if he wasn't able to get a good fix on me,or if my speed was legal by then, but he didn't come after me, Thank God.

LUCKY MAN!!
3 other biks and myself were on highway cruising at about 90mph in staggered formation when state trooper pulls up next to us and turns on his lights ...... THEN he/she took off like a bat out of hell...we never saw him again!!

I've had my detector pick up sniffs of radar soooo far away that I ignore them, then I find the cop 3 miles down the road. DOH! I tend to believe it when I'm out in the hinterlands now.
